Amps on woofers are fine just won't hit

your probably making your amp run to low ohms if its a 2 channel amp bridged to one channel you can probably only run it at four ohms

Also seeing as your subs are 2ohm dvc you can't wire them individually to 2ohm and use each channel separately. So i'd recommend buying a 2ohm stable monoblock or running it at four ohms. a 1400 watt amp'll still pound at 4ohms and it'll extend your amp's life span

Pioneer GM-7200M 800 Watt Amp shut off and wont turn back on.....

Hiya, first check by triggering or powering the amp manually by putting a voltage at the trigger. Just use a jumper from power. If the amp comes on then check the feed from head unit. Loose wire, inline fuse near the head etc.

If it still doesn't come on the hate to say its gonna have to go in for repair. Could be anything inside from protection, blown track etc.

Hope that helps

Pioneer GM-7200M 800 Watts Mono Amplifier

you Amp is overloading and going into protection mode. if it cuts out with the wire u were using first then their would be no need to upgrade the size of ur wire cause that would only be, doubling or trippling the power u are getting threw those wire now. bottom line the 2 subs u are using are obviously to much for the amp. try dropping the OHM's by connection the subs together and runnig just a single positive and negative to the amp! or just get a better amp

My 600 watt amp for my car just now start putting a red light on

You may need a new power supply inside amp. If you where running speakers with to many watts it will burn up the power supply. Try unplugging all wires. Replug them in also check fuse underhood and inside amp

Pioneer GM-7300M 800 Watt amp will not power on

This may have a different type of triggered turn on wire. On some of the older Pioneer amps (and maybe some new ones) the trigger wire would SUPPLY B+ TO THE RADIO and when the radio was switched on the amp would sense a current draw on that wire and would then switch on. Unlike most common amps which sense the presence of B+ on the trigger wire supplied by the radio and then turn on. Look in your owners manual to see kind of turn on system you have. If you don't have an owners manual then perhaps you can download one from Pioneer support. good luck

Red light on the amp.

Have you checked your speakers to make sure they're connected to the amp (a wire could have broken or pulled loose)?

Have you confirmed that you have a good signal reaching the amp?

The red light isn't always a good indicator that the amp is functioning properly. If you have speakers connected to the amp and have a good signal feeding the amp, the amp may have failed.
