registration is slightly off. I'd try re-setting the drums (take out and put in again). If you have another cyan drum, would also try that. Transfer belt would be next
Hi,
There maximum time we found it is a the head problem. The print head is what the cartridges sit in inside of the printer. For resolve the problem please follow these.
Open the printer and wait for the carriage to slide over. Some how if its not come then Unplug the printer & Manually slide the carriage. Now Remove the ink cartridges from the print head & Use wet warm cotton swab or use alcohol to thoroughly clean the print head. Repeat this until there is no ink residue coming off on the cotton swab. After finished it make the head dry then fix it back. Now Try to print something now If that does not work then follow the next step.
Remove the printer data cable & restart the PC & printer. Then fit back the data cable & turn on the printer. Hope that's start working , if no luck then Uninstall the printer driver & restart the PC & Printer both again. Now install the driver of the printer and connect it with PC ,Turn on printer & go for a test print from the printer preference.

clean all the registration sensors on the imaging drums and at the fuser end (there are 3 under a shifting piece of white plastic on the left side after transfer belt is removed.
The motor control board handle few sensor within the feeder. Check the cable telephone for proper connection. And at the very top of the feeder there is a sensor and one on the feeder itself at the bottom. If those sensor are good the problem could be the motor control board.

I have had three printers which "supposedly" printed envelopes. Only one of them really did. STOP TRYING!!! Try your best to COMPLETELY clean everything of toner. If that doesn't work, take cheap paper and keep printing until the mess is cleared up. This should work, but if you have gummed up the wrong parts with toner you can either take it to a pro whom you call first and describe the problem before you take it to him/her, which is probably going to be expensive and all that he may do is take it apart and say it's beyond repair and charge you whatever he/she charges (find out first). The alternative that I would take is to try to fix it myself. I have found this site for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cr4wWt2ci_4&list=PL6BEA51BFAEECF4BF
It may be helpful. I gather that this is an expensive printer. However when I tried to Google what you wrote it was listed but it would not respond to a click or a double-click (it should have responded to a single click). This is the best that I can do for you. Good luck.
You have two (2) sensor that have to be made, the first one is on the bottom of the feeder and the other one is at the very top of or near the feed roller. When you block the bottom sensor the feeder should move up. If the feeder does not move up their is a problem with the cable that connect to the printer and the feeder or it could be the Motor control board that is inside the printer itself. I would check the connection first, covering the bottom sensor if it does not move up most likely the control board is bad. Also make sure that the feeder in position switch is also made by the feeder plate.
A copier tech told me the other day, that if you didn't mind the toner on your a little bit, that there is a lever that you can push and move the toner box back and forth over a trash can and empty it out if you don't have another one to install. I would recommend that you do keep another one on hand especially if you print a lot. But this is a quick fix for when you aren't near a store and won't be out near one for a while. Also, if you do get toner on you, don't wipe it off blow it off or vacuum it off.
there is a white gear whre you install the waste toner box, that is connected to the box. see if it's broken - yoy will see the spring that is inside the gear
