My Asko 12505 washer keeps heating the water and will not stop. It has even melted the drawer for soap and softener. What can I do?

Stop using it. You are risking a fire or electrocution. Since parts have been melted, I would suggest replacing the whole machine.

My ASKO W6342 washing machine drum will not turn on any setting, it fills and drains fine but the drum does not turn during the cycle, however it is free to turn by hand, the belt from the motor is OK

It seems a minor problem for me, but cannot say anything without checking your washing machine. You should better call washing machine repairer to fix this minor problem.
