You can't, the password is encrypted. How do I reset my SanDisk Cruzer password? There is no "forgot password" option to reset the password. Perhaps you are trying force the sandisk into the usb port backwards? Do a proper alignment and slid it into the USB port, make certain the small plastic portion within the cruzer is aligned with open slot on the pc USB port. There is no way for this NOT to work?
