Sounds like a failed compressor

There should be a control that allows you to make adjustments. If you cannot find a control I suggest going on line to Magic Chef, seek technical help directly from consumer services or technical services. There you may find a manual. There's a bulb behind it. You may have to figure out how to remove the plastic in front of the knob. If the knob is facing you, try pulling it off the shaft to get to the bulb and replace it.

In the back there is a radiator and it is frozen solid, you have to deice it, unplug the fridge and take the cover off and remove the ice build up, hair dryer should do the trick, or leave it unplugged for few hours. Is compressor running continuously or is it clicking on and off every couple minutes? Is there any frost buildup on inside back wall of freezer?

Yes the crimp is normal. These are ports used in the factory for charging and testing. Touching is OK
