First of all with regards to the Graphic card there are two things important.

1. Model of the motherbaord
2. model of the Graphic card ( If you have one)

most of the time you will have a VGA ( Graphic Out) port on the motherboard, then you need to download the driver from the relevant motherboard manufacturer. if not you will have a seperate graphic card, then you need to chk the model of the card & look for the drive onlione. you also can post the details here & i would be able to find it for you.

Sorry to tell you this but this laptops video card is permanently attached to the mother board. So upgrading to a new one is no possible.

If you are using dialup, reinstall it. If you have DSL or cable, remove it, it only makes minimal difference.

You cant change your ip yourself, the ip is provided from you internet-provider, but you can go via proxy servers and that way get different ip:s
Or via anonymus server who dont shows your ip at all

I would try the AMD web site. If still available, you will find one there.

Perhaps the monitor is faulty? Did you check that with a device known to work. Listen to Larry though, he is the Hardware Guru here at Fixya.

USB 2 and 3 are the data speed capability of the interface it is possible to connect a USB3 flashdrive into a usb2 socket all that will happen is the files will transfer slower than on a usb3 socket. Hope this was helpful.

Your machine is very short of power required for win 10, I would like to see at least 8 GB ram, and a faster processor, yours is at the bottom of tests. Perhaps you should look at a new machine with win 10 installed. You cannot upgrade xp to win 10. You will have to purchase a win 10 license, you missed the free upgrade period.

yes you can. Win 7 win8 win 8.1 are no supported by Microsoft, only win 10.
