Those would go to the hard drive and/or optical drive. Some won't have a place to connect to, the are extras if you were to purchase another drive and install it without removing the other drives.

Generally you shouldnt require drivers for your motherboard on windows 7,8 or 10. A disc would have come with the pc that has motherboard drivers on it if required.
