No, too much water in the brine tank is NOT normal. The water level only be should 6-12 inches under normal settings. This may be caused be caused by an air link some where in the brine valve assembly or a loose connection. Check any drain line blockage or call Tampa Water Treatment Aquias for repair if you live in Florida.

Always include the model number for best results. Check the top spray arm.
Make sure it rotates freely. That plays
a major roll in cleaning the top rack. Check for clogged holes in spray arm.
If your not using tablets fill both cups in dispenser. Make sure detergent is fresh and water is at least 125°F. Before starting dishwasher turn on the hot water on faucet till the cold water runs out. This makes a hot start in the beginning of cycle. Hope that helps!!

Hi,
Depends on the type of washer/seal on the coupling. If it's rubber, or rubber type material, then you shouldn't really be able to turn it once the coupling is tightened. However, if it is a ptfe/firm plastic then it MAY be possible to move it with some force.

Firstly, ensure that you do have a washer in the coupling. Sometimes they stick to the appliance when being dismantled, and may fall off when being moved.

I would recommend tightening firmly by hand (those with gorilla hands need not apply). Then turn on the isolating valve on the supply, and monitor the coupling for a few minutes. If you see water appear, you know what to do! Tighten it up some more.
