There is an adjustment for that OR the unit got snagged when it was installed. You need to remove it from under the counter a little and see if it opens all the way. There are pulleys, springs etc near the bottom of the door that adjust that tension. Make sure they are not caught on the cabinets etc.

I had the same error. Unplugged it. No help. What I did that fixed it was to hold the start/pause button down for 3 secs. This then started the machine's cycle where it had been before the error. In my case about 30secs before the actual end.

I think the eroor was caused by opening the machine before it had actually finished it's cycle.

Every DW is a bit different. You have to pull it out of the cavity where it is installed. Turn off water and power first. remove the two screws at the top of the front face that anchor it to the counter. Remove the escutcheon at the bottom of the front . Typically there are two or four screws. Carefully pull it an inch or tow. Then look under with a flashlight and pull another few inches. Repeat until it is clear. Stop when you see the drain hose connection - I have owned back and front drainers. It is usually affixed with a clamp to the outlet. The other side goes to a drain of often the garbage disposer. Replace, reassemble. Good luck

You will need some skill with tools and knowledge of how your dishwasher operates. First, you will need to remove the back or front panel on the door. This will depend on the kind of dishwasher you have. When opened, look for a metal or plastic arm coming from the dispenser to a motor or gear. This is usually the problem and can be purchased from this site.

No, too much water in the brine tank is NOT normal. The water level only be should 6-12 inches under normal settings. This may be caused be caused by an air link some where in the brine valve assembly or a loose connection. Check any drain line blockage or call Tampa Water Treatment Aquias for repair if you live in Florida.
