This depends on the signal source. If it is digital, from a digital receiver, the audio will be either S/PDIF or Optical and the video will be a yellow RCA connector (co-axial). If analogue, the audio will be two RCA connectors (red-right and white-left) and the video will be component (green, blue, red RCA) Alternatively you may have a composite audio/video signal (yellow) which is both audio and video. Hard to say without being able to look inside. could be a blown amp channel or just a voltage regulator. Best to have a pro look at it.

I think you may have a blown speaker.

Make sure that you go into the speaker system menu and set it to zone 2. The zone 2 speaker jacks can be assigned to other things such as surround back.
