most tablets have an app store. if you have one go there get the netflix app and then logon to your account if you dont have one you need to signup and pay $7.99 month for free movies. if you have a smart tv. then you need internet access to and keyboard to go to netflix.com, unless your tv has this app program already on it. then its just a matter of internet.

what did you clean them with ? water?, bad move. you should only clean your electronics with acceptable electronic cleaning solutions, or Rubbing Alcohol on a lint free wipe very lightly saturated then swing the cloth around in the air for a few second to make sure its not dripping wet, but very lightly damp. then make sure all units are off with no current flowing through. also make sure that you DO NOT turn them on straight after let them dry completely. you can do VOIP using googles message/hangouts app

Not sure Samsung is pressing you ti use one of their apps, for Facebook otherwise you could try to download it from the Samsung App store to from the Google app store. There is also a way to open a page in your browser, but could become annoying when it closes down every time you exit the browser.

Try un mounting the sd card with the card installed then take it out and teinsert it If that don't work it could be the old format isn't recognized and try formatting it then

Happened to me. My solution was to fully charge, then hold down power button for like one minute or more continuously. It causes some kind of restart. Last resource, Press Vol Down and hold, then depress power button and hold. This causes it to go back to reset mode. Good Luck.
