I hope you don't use the DCM-360 in your car. You should be able to eject the CD, with pressing the eject button, several times. It could be the eject mechanism is defect, or someone pressed the CD too far, r even some debris came in the player, after the ce was inserted.

Removed cover, removed reader ( 4 screws) and found lens had fallen out. Cleaned, reinstalled with touch of super glue on rim - works fine.
