hello This is not a dialing but trying to connect to the IP address setup in the system. Start editing the IP address giving the one that you would have already allocated to the device in the Router (i.e. 192.168.1.99) and then reboot it. It should connect then automatically. Best regards

You can use the hardware restore button on the Polycom HDX system to reset the system in one of these ways: • Restoring configuration-Restores the configuration, which resets most system settings to default values. • Factory restore-Completely erases the system and restores it to the software version and default configuration stored in its factory partition. If you follow this procedure while a USB storage device is connected, the system restores from the USB device instead of the system's factory partition. The restore button is on the front of the Polycom HDX 9000 series system, as shown in the following figure. The restore button is on the front of the Polycom HDX 8000 series, Polycom HDX 7000 series, and Polycom HDX 4000 systems, as shown in the following figure. The restore button is on the left side of the Polycom HDX 4500 system, behind a wire mesh screen, as shown in the following figure. Use a paperclip to press the restore button through the wire mesh covering that side of the system. to reset the HDX Series system we can press the restore button over 15 second.

Hello dont keep the system in ON for so long time

Web into the unit by it's IP address and go to "Home Screen Settings" and check "system".

is it same location or camera that turns blue

have you tried lowering the speed of call ( this will help see if it is bandwidth issue) like you dont have enough

have you tried making call by calling out only 2 sites per unit (not using one site to originate all end points)

also are all CODECs using same firmware revision

turn off the video. Then grab and hold the camera, and turn it on. release camera after few seconds. For me it works :)

No, you do not need to subscribe. Are you sure your a/v cables are connected properly? You might also check on your video source and make sure you are in the correct source.

Verify the uplink / download bandwidthon the broadband link.Broadband link do not have symmetrical upstream/downstream speeds. Perform test to verify.
Try non-peak hrs.
Check if latency is consistent.
