When we have 3 connections,
is it same location or camera that turns blue
have you tried lowering the speed of call ( this will help see if it is bandwidth issue) like you dont have enough
have you tried making call by calling out only 2 sites per unit (not using one site to originate all end points)
also are all CODECs using same firmware revision

Polycom is a company that provides ip phones and Video conferencing equipment
Can not able to dial out any number from Polycom VSX 7000.
Check out the following things:-
1. When dialing a ISDN number, be sure that the call preference has not been set to IP H.323 on the home screen just below the dialing field.
2. Check with your service provider that outwards dialling have been enabled on the lines provided to you.

No, you do not need to subscribe. Are you sure your a/v cables are connected properly? You might also check on your video source and make sure you are in the correct source.
I have polycom 7000 with
Verify the uplink / download bandwidthon the broadband link.Broadband link do not have symmetrical upstream/downstream speeds. Perform test to verify.
Try non-peak hrs.
Check if latency is consistent.

Try reseting the camera, power it down, wait 30 seconds then power it back up again.
