I had the same problem, the fridge insulation has gone and this means you need to replace it. There is no hope for it unfortunatly.

This issue is frequently seen when the valve that diverts refrigerant between the top compartment and lower compartment is stuck closed.

It is advisable to turn the whole unit off to prevent any further damage within and contacting a domestic appliances service engineer in your area as soon as you can to have the valve replaced and the unit regassed (If neccessary 50/50 if it does or not)

Please also be aware that this can be an expensive repair and in many cases it is more cost effective to replace the unit than get it repaired.

If you elect to replace be sure to buy one with a lengthy warranty as had this unit have been under warranty Hovver will have paid for the repair.

On mine, you open the bottom door and pull off the kick grill. There is also a panel on the back at the bottom that hides the compressor. That is an easier place to get the vacuum cleaner crevice tool in. You buzzing may be overheating, but it may also be a sign of impending failure.
