The light intensity of CIS is faulty.Disconnect and than connect flexible cable,if necessary replace it,or replace reader controllerPCB

try to reset the eror first * 28* .check thermistor check fuser heating element

it is the encode on the fixing unit / fuse unit change the fixing film and then reset the error code by entering service mode then clear it

check your outlet delivery guide or whether your fuser film rotation

check the laser unit or polygon motor, and the IP main board

Dear 1) Turn off and then on the main power switch. Is the problem corrected? YES: Check the operation once again; if normal, end the work. Connectors, DC controller PCB 2) Is the connection of the connector (J1015) on the main controller PCB and the connector (J122) on the DC controller PCB normal? Further, is the cable between these connectors normal? NO: Correct the connectors/cable. YES: Replace the DC controller PCB. Thanks.

If you have facing the problem while you made copy using ADF.then check th adf glass for scrathes replace it. If you have the problem while copy on platen glass then check lines on platen glass (rare case). Check cis for dust.

Hi I found the following description for your error Description:- The rotation of the main motor is faulty. Detection is executed every 100 msec after the start of motor rotation; however, the drive detection signal is absent for 2 sec. Remedy:- Replace the main motor. Replace the DC controller PCB.
