Check your remote just to make sure you don't have a stuck button. Check the buttons on the TV as well. If they look ok, then you most likely have a bad Keyboard on the TV

Hello
The RF stage board in your TV is faulty. RF section includes Tuner, VideoIF and video detector. Open your TV and check whether there is any bulged or damged capcitor in that section. Anyway the power to RF section is not good. There is no service manual for your set published so far. Therefore, I cannot locate the exact fault point at your TV. Only can advice you the faulty section. If you have a trough knoledge in eletronics, you can follow the circuit. As far as video processing section is concerned, it is working well; that is why you can see the video clearly when you connect it with DVD.
Normally, RF section of any TV will be very complicated to fault locate. Special meters and instruments are needed to follow the circuit. Most of the components in that board will be [SMD]; Surface Mount Typs; and replacing them with normal soldering and desoldering techniques is impossible. So it will be best to get it serviced either by any experienced service technican or by the Authorised Service Center for Hisense at your town. Rough handling of these sections may cause permanent damage to the video amplifier section; which is now alright ofcourse. OK

All LCD and Plama tvs brands are very simular, but the well known brands have more refurbishes electronic's boards out there to buy for the people who do it ur selfer repair for their tvs sets. The contrast and refresher rates is not standard.Must read the tv owner manual in each tv brand to find out.The most common in all LCD and Plama tvs problems are dead or dying capacitors in the power supply boards and it supporting boards. The CRT analog tvs it a Tube design in the past it hold heat better, that why doesn't kills capacitors as fast as today LCD or Pasma screen tvs.
TLM 2619 MODEL-DISPLAY PROBLEM
Hi,
Hi,
The most common cause for the loss of picture is a bad Horizontal Output Transistor
(HOT). but I would suggest you get a detailed
estimate. I think that this would cost you about $60.
The horizontal lines means the vertical amplifier or deflection system
has failed. There are over 100 components in this section and any one
of them, or most of them can be at fault. However, the most common
failure is the VOT or vertical output transistor (which is often buried
inside a chip).
The repair will cost around $250 plus or minus.
FEW TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS YOU CAN TRY:
ONE: Do a hard reset (just to make sure there is nothing in the coding
that is fowling things up). Unplug the power cord; leave it disconnected
for 4 hours. That will restore everything to factory defaults when you
power it back up.
TWO: Do the "whacking test" by banging your fist on a few strategic
places to see if there are any cold solder joints or loose wires acting
up inside the set.
If the above steps don't solve ur problem then I suggest you to go for a repair..
Goodluck..
I have a mag 254 iptv and a Hisense TV. The remote codes clash and the two are unusable in tandem. Can the remote control codes on the Hisense be changed?
Set-up (Programming) procedure is too much to type in here, and is not practical and it will differ brand-to-brand remote controls. If you wish to get more; check the sites linked here. The site has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. The site has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Set-up code list to many brand remote controls also is given. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the document easily.

Programming Notes
• If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code Search method to program your remote.
• Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.
This is a trial and error procedure; and quiet time consuming. You might have to check different codes said for your device.
Search the site by type in the "
brand name" to your device; to which you want set-up codes; in the "
Search box at the top right of the display window" to get gathered related posts.
