I've seen the same problem, went thought a couple of cable boxes. Turned out to be an AC line problem. Try plugging the TV into a different out, maybe in another part of the house.

It takes a fair amount of power to make an audible noise like this. Only the power supplies are suspect. Either the low voltage supply that runs the TV's "smarts" or the high-voltage supply that powers the screen. Either way, it is bad news - You do have this under warranty don't you?
I don't care which of the new TV technologies you buy, they are all doomed to expensive repairs. Always keep them under warranty.
