You should be able to run a solution of vinegar and water thru the machine to clean the insides. About one half cup of white vinegar and four cups of water should do the job. After you have done this, run a couple of cycles of clean water (full pot of water) thru the unit to remove any loose residue or remaining vinegar.
hope this is of some help
the thermal fuse is blowing because the unit is getting to hot you replacing the thermal fuse has not cured the problem, and it will blow again , the problem is the thermostat is set to high or is faulty / allowing the unit to go over temperature hence the thermal fuse blowing
its the control stat that you should be looking at. good luck
Defective temperature sensor is my guess, try running white vinegar through it a few times, the sensor may have hard water deposits on it which can alter the readings.
Check the home panel circuit breaker first. Then plug the brewer in to another outlet. If that doesn't work, there is a chance that the switch is bad. Happens too often on Bunnomatics.
