Plastic can be welded check plastic welders in local directory. Tubes can be fixed by inserting smaller tube inside. Check out fasteners in your directory to find rivets and capped star lock washers.

Check out your local bike shop or Kmart. The same size tires and tubes are used on a lot of kiddy bikes. Will be hard to get ones with side walls.

Look on e-bay. There may not be that exact phrase when you search, but scroll down and you'll find the closest thing they have to what you searched for and I'll almost guarantee you'll find what you're looking for.

I need the same buckle and just found the original manufacturer. The company is Prym and the buckle is an "overall buckle". Seems that black and white 35mm and 25mm width buckles are available. Check your local haberdashery for it!

When you attach the wheel, there is a v-spring inside the axle, this should pop into a hole on the chassis. If you dont have the v-spring in the axle, then the wheel wont stay on. In this case, I would suggest that you contact 01234 344230 (UK suppliers Out n About) who will be able to send one to you.

i dont think i understand what ur asking? if your askin if the lock broke can u still use it, id recommend no but im waty overprotective (my son is 7 months NEVER hada diaper rash or been sick lol) but i think as long as you dont go putting him on top the hill and letting the wid take him away, youl be fine! ( i dont recomment hat either lol)

I just ordered the part over the phone from Regal Lager (the US distributor for Phil and Ted's, I think...) at 800-593-5522. It was $4 per hinge plus shipping. When you fold it there are 2 pieces of fabric on each side with s small hole in them, they lock onto a piece that sticks out and fits into the hole.
