This younger generation of repairers are not repairers at all! Just part swappers. Smaller family owned bike shops might still have the cable crimpons we use to use (small lead alloy ends we crimped on to the wire cable with a special crimp tool). You can't reshape the other end with a rotary tool like a dremel? I already make replacement parts for the handle locks looks like I might have to start making cables as well. Problem is it's $33 to courier small parts from New Zealand where I live. Check out eBay for broken frames you mat find that a cheap source of parts,

I need a front wheel

Front wheels have solid tires with no tubes. You can only buy a compete set of front wheels from Bugaboo or Local agent. If you do plan to buy look at buying the bigger snow wheels they give a better ride.

Hi, the brake lever on my bugaboo snapped off. So

Bugaboo don't sell it as a part, if under two years old they give you a new frame. Your best bet is to watch eBay for a broken frame going cheap.

HOW TO FIX BUGABOO CAMELEON CANOPY

The Bugaboo canopy uses a clever two stage hub. A spring keeps the sections together in a twin set of wavy indents. As you pull the canopy out the first arch moves to the next indentation (60 degrees) than the second arch moves it's next indentation (90 degrees). If you have the fabric set to far back over the back of the frame and a arch can't reach it's next indentation it will jump back to it's first position. Check the arches can reach the indentations. If a spring breaks inside a hub it is not repairable but is available as a part for around 25 Euro for a pair.www.babycare.nl/bugaboo-canopy-clamp-cameleon-2pc-p-2467.html Ships Worldwide or Check out www.bugaboo.com

You can buy wheels from Bugaboo including a bigger set called snow wheels. The wheel is held on an axel by capped star-lock washers. Prizing them off usually makes them unusable so don't try unless you found replacements. Try soaking the wheel in hot soapy water than a good dose of silicon spray.

HOW TO WASH YOUR BUGABOO

Hand wash it. Sunlight soap is the best and give it a good soak and rub with your hands and the marks should come out. DON'T put it in the washing machine, so many websites say just machine wash but I don't recommend it. I have seen hoods completely skewed out of shape. There are lots of layers in the making of these (another reason why they are so expensive). They don't take long to wash, rinse until waters clear, squeeze excess water out and then dry in the shade. Don't put any cleaning substances/ upholstery cleaners on it, Sunlight soap is my all time favourite for this sort of thing and gets most marks out. If you don't know what Sunlight soap is then any pure soap or baby friendly washing soap would do (one with a picture of a baby on it).If you want details on how all the fabrics fit on to the Bugaboo check out Bugaboo Customer Service for downloadable User Guideswww.bugaboo.com/28 (note Bugaboo change site page names frequently so this link may be out of date when you try it. How do I fix one of the frame support buttons on a

Do you mean the tilt buttons? If so you need to disassemble the buttons, which can be done with two screwdrivers one a thin slot type the other a phillips. Here's the process: 1. Behind the white button is a screw. Remove it using the phillips screwdriver. 2. You'll now have a black housing with a white button held in by three white tabs. 3. Free the white button from the housing by pressing inwards on each of the three tabs with the slot type screwdriver. 4. You'll now have a black base, a spring and a white button. 5. Sand the circumference of the white button evenly until it slips easily in and out of the black surround. A little silicon spray is a good idea. 6.Reassemble and repeat for the other side.

HOW TO FIX BUGABOO HANDLE EXTENSION LEVER

I must admit I'm not impressed with the new lever locks, the old wing nuts are far stronger but are more fiddly to adjust. If your lever type lock starts slipping here's how to fix it. The handle extension lever is held in by the pin it pivots on, cut the tip of a smaller size nail and use it to tap out the pin.macnutz_3.jpgmacnutz_7.jpg
There should be a rubber block and a matching steel shim under the lever. The lever pushes on the shim and the shim on to the rubber block jamming it against the handle.macnutz_9.jpgmacnutz_8.jpg The steel shim is the usual problem. it slips out. Open the other side and use that shim to get a copy cut. A piece cut out of a tin can or scrap piece of metal could work or goggle "shim" to find a local supplier. If you are lucky and all the parts are there and the rubber block is just a bit worn you can add an extra shim. I used a piece of edge banding just because it was in my workshop it's thin, easy to cut and water proof.macnutz_6.jpg

I had this exact same issue. Needed to take axle out of wheel, larger metal cap pops off, then remove all rust from axle, then re-fit axle.
