How to I collase a quinny speedi sx pushchair

f the dreami carrycot or the maxi cosi car seat are attached, these will have to be removed first. Apply parking brake Release the handle bars by unclasping the silver clips on the frame. Push down handlebar to lowest height as you press in the silver button under the quinny logo on the very top of the handlebar( in the middle of the foam padding) with a downward thrusting motion. The chassis should then collapse for storing. To unfold then release the transport clip on the left hand side with the red sticker on it and unfold upwards adjust handlebar to required height and lock by closing the silver clasps either side of the frame. If you want me to do a pic/video demo let me know. HTH

I have a Quinny Zapp and the clasp that keeps it

Not sure what clasp you mean on the Zapp. My Zapp certainly doesn't have one. Do you mean the Buzz? If it's the Buzz then you can contact Dorel UK on 01842 763 281 (Mon ? Fri, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) They are the sole suppliers of parts for the Quinny range. They should be able to help.

My quinny buzz has suddenly become very heavy to

Check your tyre pressures, if they are too soft it will feel like the buggy is really heavy. the other thing that will affect it is the weight of your child. My son is quite heavy for his age and coupled with whatever is hanging off the buggy, makes for one heavy buggy! You might also want to lubricate the axles.

Trouble opening and collapsing a quinny stroller

The Quinny Buzz can only be folded/unfolded with the seat in the most upright position facing forward. If this is the case and it won't unfold, remove the seat first by pushing down the two grey release buttons either side of the frame. It may be the case that the gas strut (automatic close/opening mechanism) is seized and will need replacing. This can only be done by Dorel UK 01842 763 281 as it is a pressurised unit. Hope this helps

Nearly every time i use my quinny buzz the tyers

Sounds like you're either very unlucky or have a thorn or something similar stuck in the tyre, poking through into the inner tube. I suggest you take out the inner tube and carefully run your fingers around the inside of the tyre to feel for anything that may be causing your problem.
Failing that, you can by a product for road bikes called Panaracer Flataway Tyre liner http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Panaracer_Flataway_Tyre_Liner/5300003783/
It can be cut and stuck to the inside of the tyre, preventing anything puncturing the inner tube through the tyre wall. Good Luck

Main frame and worn wheels of the quinny buzz

This happened to my wife the other day, I found that the main pivot bolt had pulled through the plastic pivot/collapse assembly. This part is rivoted to the frame so without drilling it out and replacing with an ugly nut and bolt you will have to source a new frame. I got mine from Ebay, I found someone selling lots of quinny buzz bits and asked if he still has the frame he said yes but the handle bar no longer extends (Hence im on here looking how to swap the two), Problem solved!

I also found out from Quinny that the Buzz has a 2 year manufacturers warranty, where Motercare insisted it was 1 year, so dont let them fob you off.
Hope this helps
Chris.

Can't fold pram

Hi, I believe you activate the folding mechanism by pushing down on the two grey rectangular plastic buttons on the black side hubs (at the mid point of the pram).

In any case you can download the complete instruction manual for the pram for free at http://www.freebabymanuals.com/quinny/prams

Hope that helps.
