Nintendo DS Console - Page 2 Questions & Answers
How to make money
- Choose the dog with the longest energy bar.
- Take your dog(s) on a walk.
- Go to as many blue question marks as you can when tracing your route. Sometimes there will be a present and sometimes you will talk with other people. Make sure your dog is well fed until you take it on walks.
- Keep any presents you gain, such as a tennis ball, unless you have a ton of those.
- Sell the prizes you get at the secondhand shop if you already have thousands of the item. Sometimes, your presents might be a boot or a juice bottle. Boots sell for 9 dollars while juice bottles sell for about 80 cents. Your dogs don't like that junk, so don't give it to them.
- Go to the park or agility training center to train your dogs. The park is a great place to train for disc competitions, and the agility training center is specially made for agility competitions.
- Enter your dogs in contests. If you win, you get big bucks.
Nintendo ds games not working
With three boys we frequently have this problem and we found that rubbing the pins clean with a Qtip dipped in rubbing alcohol and then wait for it to be mostly dry before re-inserting. Some times we have to do this 2 times - good luck!
Action replay freezes
You may have entered a bad action REPLAY code that can cause the game to malfunction. Or, the version you may have is an old version. Go to Game Stop and purchase the new Action Replay.
Action replay freezes my pokemon black
The version you may have might not be updated. It is best to just get a new Action Replay the latest version has the new codes. AND BE CAREFUL PLAYING WITH ACTION REPLAY on the DSI and 3 RD
Hope this helps.
Cant use wifi on my games
As of May 20 Nintendo has ceased all WiFi connection with their games. That means you cannot access the Global Trading Station, Leaderboards, or Matchmaking or any traded Pokemon on those games Go to support.nintendo.com for more information. Hope this helps.
Screen is red
You have damaged the ribbon or dislodged the clip that is connecting the top screen to the motherboard in the lower part of the DS.
Open up the lower section and check the clip (see youtube for instructions on how to do this) if reseating the ribbon in the clip doesn't solve it you will have to purchase a new top screen as the ribbon has gotten damaged. (screens can be got cheaply on eBay)
If it is under warranty send it back to Nintendo to fix.
Black screen
The GUI system is probably is broken Make sure that you didn't drop it or get it wet. I suggest that you take it to a shop.
Error codes 51099
This code means that your wireless signal is not compatible with your DS. If you are using WPA/WPA2 for securing your wireless internet then you will not be able to use your DS on this signal. I would suggest changing your wireless signals passphrase to WEP so that you will be able to use your DS without any problems
My ds lite doesnt power up but the battery is fully charged
You could have blowed the internal fuse on the board. If you turn on and the light on the right top flashes then goes out you have blowed the fuse. Easy to repair just google it there are plenty of pictures showing its placement. I have fixed before with a new fuse available on eBay for pence or you could use a small bit of fuse wire to bridge the fuse. Hope this helps you out
My Nintendo microphone
My Nintendo ds lite also would not respond to voices. I have brain age 2 and Zelda. In the Zelda options there is a mic test. This will show a graph bar that measures your voice. Well the mic was not working at all for either game. I simply took out the battery and held the power slide for a couple seconds. Amazingly the mic works now for both games. I do not know if moving the power slide is significant, but on computers to de-static them you remove all power sources(battery and ac adapter) and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
Network name ssid wep
These details are in my opinion, complex, so you should let the NDS do the job, to do this just pretty much use Automatic for everything. If you have more extensive knowledge of your network you would be able to enter these into your NDS, but its often recommended to just use automatic options.
