Sounds like you might have coffee oil build up. I would suggest soaking the Brew Head Screen and filter holder in a coffee oil remover by www.urnex.com or dezcal. Remove the screw if your filter basket has one. For home use it would be good to clean this every week or so. You can email me for more info: [email protected]. You also might just try purchasing a new filter basket (along with cleaning the Brew head screen and new basket).

yes, they make it pretty hard to find but I eventually found it on the Breil website, this covers several machines including the Domus Due:http://www.brielbg.com/pdf_instrukcii/004.pdf

Don't know about replacement parts but instruction manual can be downloaded from the website in PDF file.

The rubber ring might be stretched from over tightning brew head....... I fixed it by removing it and reseting it. You could also get a replacement.

such tools can be purchased at Ace, Lowe's or homedepot.  I had to purchase one to get into my tivo and the hardest part is getting the right size.  you might try taking an impression of the screw with clay or by a rubbing with pencil and paper..

Check that the water tank is seated properly. When you lower it in place just give it a little nudge down to make sure its slotted into the catch.

This might sound silly, but are you sure the water tank is well snapped into place. A strange sound does occur when the water tank is empty, but if the water tank valve is not tightly in place, it might stop the water from going through.

Yes, every pump driven machine has an over pressure discharge.

Your Brew Head screen and/or filter basket might be clogged with coffee oils. You can soak both pieces in a product that removes coffee oils from either www.urnex.com or Dezcal brand. Coffee shops will do this once a day. If you have the filter basket with the screw in the middle, you will need to remove the screw and soak everything as it can clog also.

Try opening the frothing valve by turning the dial and force water through it instead of steam by pressing the middle, coffee button. You may be experiencing vapor lock. Once the water comes through the steamer valve, turn the steamer knob off and release the coffee button. Then try the steamer button with the steamer dial open. This may do the trick.
