Will not brew says it is ready
TRY...1. Lift up the water reservoir and drop it back into place. There is a magnet that has to be in the right position and putting the reservoir back into place causes it to go back where it should be.
2. It may be time to descale. Most models will give you a message when it's time to have the mineral deposits cleaned.
HERES HOW TO DO THAT...
Empty water resevoir. Disable auto off. Pour approx 48 oz of undiluted white vinegar into resevoir. PLace large mug on drip plate, run brew cycle, dump contents of mug in sink. DO NOT USE A K-CUP.
Repeat this process until the add water light is indicated.
Let brewer stand for at least 4 hours while still on.
Discard any residual vinegar in the resevoir and rinse thorughly.
AFTER approx 4 hours...fill resevoir with water.
RINSE:
PLace a large mug on the drip plate and water brew cycle. Pour the contents of the mug into the sink.
REPEAT this brew process until the add water light is indicated.
YOU MAY NEED TO REPEAT THIS "RINSE" PROCESS if you notice any residual taste.

What do I do when the "prime" indicator is on?
Call CS and let them walk you through the solution. I did just that and it did not work. Called back the next day and they are sending me a new unit. I just have to send back the k-cup holder at my expense. I will re-register this new Keurig and I am good to go for another year. BTW, I have had my 'prime problem' Keurig for 9 months, only make one or two cups a day.

My Keurig B60 will not power on, worked fine this
The most common
problem is this category is the no power, or Keurig not
turning on, problem. When this happens it is usually because of
the failure of the transformer inside the machine. The low
voltage transformer is located underneath one of the solenoid
valve in most of the machines. The hoses to this valve and/or the
valve will leak a bit and drop water down onto the transformer.
Electrical components and water do not play well together. The
transformer will soon go bad when it gets water on it. For that
matter, many brewing problems are caused by the air pump
getting wet from the same leaking point also. The air pump can
sometimes be fixed, but the transformer is not even available to be
bought as a replacement part, and there is no fixing them.
