My steam wand makes my milk taste of burnt plastic.

The boiler is contaminated, you will need to descale boiler and steam valves. Then rinse thoroughly about 5 times. The easiest way to check for this is to draw water from the tea spicket and check for smell and sediment. Something on the bottom of the boiler is being lifted when the machine fills and when it is heating. If there is a filter system on the line check to make sure it was changed recently.

I have detergent solution in the coffee and steam

Then you will need to flush the boilers out and rinse, its easy, just takes alot of time. First turn the water supply and the machine off and let cool, then back off the screw in the knob a few turns and pull off knob. Then remove the screws holding the front panel to frame. There's about 5 of them. Note the valves under the boilers with the red or black handles. They are usually in the middle. Use this valve to remove the water in the boiler, then fill boiler and rinse about 3 times each. Then reassemble and you should be good to go.

Zero steam from steam wands.

First thngs first, make sure knob is turned to 2, then make sure there is water in the boiler, then turn machine to 0, remove back panel and reset thermostat on top of back boiler, if your machine has that feature installed. Then turn machine to 2, open one of the steam wands, If within 10 minutes boiler does get hot or there is no water bubbles, from steam wand, then the pressure stat might be damaged and needs to be replaced.
