Cup warmer blows the fuse

This is for sure a short within the unit and also can be related to a leak within the heater unit as this can be the reason that the circuit trips off. So you need to check the continuity to confirm the short.

How do you control the pressure of the steam

La marzocco is 2 separate boilers. One is for steam and tea water (controlled from pressure stat) and the other is for brewing coffee, in this boiler groups are attached and you don't have much steam on it, (this boiler is controlled with high sensitive thermostat.
  • For control of temperature of brewed coffee or water in group we adjust thermostat.
  • For control of the steam and water temperature you adjust pressure stat.

Leaking pump head at adjustment

Unless you have an old pump you can take the pin from you will have to get a new pump, as for the o-ring since there is no hot water there a small o-ring can be found at the hardware shop or a home espresso machine dealer/repair agent.

Expansion valve won't regulate pressure.

The only thing the expansion valve does is open when the pressure gets to 12 bars when the coffee boiler is heating or when you are backwashing the groups. If you need to adjust wait until red light comes on to say coffee boiler is heating then if gauge is going beyond 12 bars turn end of expansion valve to left to keep it at 12 or right to take it to 12 if it is lower, before doing this make sure pump is set to 9 bars.

I just got my La

hi this sounds like it could be the case, what happens is, the "computer"/electronics side of the machine has a built in timer, if the "computer" is faulty the timer will not work , the timer in specific for amount of water to be expelled from the nozzle, if it cannot do that the pump will continue to run the reason why water is not pumped all the time is that they have a pressure valve to stop the water, so yes i think he is correct in his assumption the "computer" hope that helps

La Marzocco Expresso g3 how do you reouble

Check the thermostat on the top of the back boiler, if the red pin is up then, make sure that there is water in the boiler then push in pin and turn machine on. Now comes the exciting part we have to find out why the boiler overheated, is it because the elements are damaged or the pressure stat is not working properly.

Plugs for Linea Model La Marrazco Expresso

The smaller cord goes to the external pump. DO NOT put a cord cap on this and plug it into the wall, you will cause significant damage to the machine and the wall.

You should have a large oblong shaped pump with wires coming out of it that is separate from the machine. You need it to run the machine. If you need a pump, let me know.

Commercial espresso machine

Sounds like the safety thermostats on the machine is tripping because the machine is overheating or the circuit breaker is tripping because machine needs more amperage.
