Where to put rinse aid in cdw10 dishwasher

Rinse aid makes dishes sparkle more as it improves their drying. The rinse aid container is situated on the inside of the door. You should fill the rinse aid container when indicator lights up on the container and the rinse aid indicator light on the control panel flashes. You can use simple vinegar as a rinse aid (white is best but apple or malt is fine). Adding rinse aid. To open the dispenser, turn cap anticlockwise. Take care when you pour in the rinse aid to avoid it overflowing. You can regulate the amount of rinse aid used by the dishwasher, move the adjuster which you will find under lid. The amount of rinse aid needs to be increased if the dishes appear dull or you can see circular stains. The amount of rinse aid needs to be reduced if the dishes are sticky or see white streaks. 4a742317-5f4e-4dc2-8132-3e560755df09.png You can choose from six different positions. It is normally set to 4.

FDW60 flashing 'eco' light error

I had this problem and discovered it was due to a leak. The float switch attached to the bottom panel was operating. Pull out the mains plug, tip the machine on it's side (water will escape so get a mop ready), remove the bottom panel, 3 screws front and back, disconnect the connector from the float switch. Tape the connecter up out of the way and stand your machine back up. Try running it now. If you have a leak somewhere then you will get a puddle under the machine. If no leak, then I would suspect the float switch itself.

if you cant hear the motor/compressor running when energised then its likely to be a thermostat fault... but on energising the system if you hear a buzz then a click then its more seriously the main motor... turn off at mains for 5 mins then turn on... this should tell you either way

Water not draning

If kitchen side drains are clear then there might be some blockage in the pump system. Check the drain pump is working during drain cycle. If you can hear the pump but the water does not go away then you need to check filters at base of dishwasher. Beyond that you will have to open the pump assembly to look for debris. see these instructions which might be helpful. http://jdesbonnet.blogspot.com.au/2010/11/hotpoint-aquarius-fdw60-drain-pump.html

Samsung dishwasher light flashing delicate

I had same issue. The dishwasher drains just fine, but keeps on giving that error. Luckily, I'm still under warranty. And they said it was the ECS sensor. It thinks there is water backed up when there isn't.

The door not locking

Remove top of dishwasher. Under the top fitted to the frame will be an adjustment to the locking mechanism. You may need to loosen this to enable the door to lock. Be warned though that you don't loosen it too far or your dishwasher will leak.
