Samsung dishwasher light flashing delicate

I had same issue. The dishwasher drains just fine, but keeps on giving that error. Luckily, I'm still under warranty. And they said it was the ECS sensor. It thinks there is water backed up when there isn't.

Dwf50 not cleaning dishes

If your "clean" dishes have a cloudy film, it might be hard water deposits. Here's a map to see if you have hard water. http://www.citriclean.net/why-citriclean/

The door not locking

Remove top of dishwasher. Under the top fitted to the frame will be an adjustment to the locking mechanism. You may need to loosen this to enable the door to lock. Be warned though that you don't loosen it too far or your dishwasher will leak.

My hotpoint fdw60p dishwasher has stopped allowing

You say you have changed the water inlet valve, I take it you mean the water inlet "Solenoid" valve, which is an electrically operated valve where the water pipe from the main supply enters the washing machine, right? And if so, you the say it still does not allow water into the machine, right? You have obviously checked that water flows through the pipe from the main supply whilst it is disconnected from the machine, right?Ok lets assume all of that.So do you know how to use a multimeter? If so set it on AC volts (anything above 250volts AV, this depends on your particular multimeter) (you can buy one for typically $10)then disconnect the two wires that are on the solenoid valve and push the two probes of the multimeter into the connectors on the ends of the two wires (one in each obviously). Now start the machine, and at the programmed point where water should be allowed to enter the machine you should see a reading of 220 to 250 Volts on the multimeter. If you don't get this, then either one (or both) of those two wires has a break in it somewhere along the length. And now with the machine unplugged from the main power inlet... Again you can use the multimeter but set on Ohms range (or Diode or continuity check) position. Connect the two probes together and it will read zero, the multimeter may even make a bleeping sound (depends on type). This show that you have continuity of a connection. Now place the probes at either end of each individual wire that comes from the controller and that goes to the solenoid, and if the wires are good you will get the same zero reading (or there abouts) and/or the bleeping sound. If you don't, then that particular wire under test is broken somewhere along it's length. So replace it.If both wires are good, then the problem is the machine controller circuit board. It may be just a dirty contact on either of those two wires that connect to the controller, if so clean the connectors on the circuit board and the wire connectors. (e.g scrape them with a screwdriver or whatever does the job) WD40 spray is a good too.If that doesn't fix it, then a component on the controller board has blown (gone bad), probably a transistor or mosfet or even a relay contact. In any of those cases unless you know anything about electronics, then you will have to buy a new controller board or complete controller unit. Very costly !Search the internet for a supplier of controllers for that model, you never know your luck, you might find a cheap one somewhere.NB. If you don't have a multimeter, either buy one, or borrow one off someone you know, and if that someone knows how to use it then get them to check all of this out for you. Then buy him/her a beer afterwards.Good luck
