Perhaps you can purchase these in the country you live? or even in the store you bought the dishwasher? I live in Europe and try to solve tex=cnical questions, not related to any country or any shop. Perhaps a pro or a shop is reading this question, but then it could be handy, if they knew where you are purchasing from.

Could be something as simple as your circuit breaker which is usually seperate from other breakers, so always look for the easiest solution first. Because of when it happens I would hazard a guess that it hasn't completed it's draining cycle. Check the outlet hose is not blocked, watch when it drains to see if there is a good flow. If you can hear the pump and it sounds normal I would look at the outlet hose first.

Did you check the rotors? Food can get stuck in the jets. If that's the case then remove the rotors (there is a collar you can turn near in the middle to disengage them), then wash them out under then tap. I find filling them with water then shaking side to side then turning upside down quickly to empty the debris works. I do this every few months.
