We have a Bizfon 680,
HI info49614 Does the phone have a battery running inside. You need to clean out all the old messages clean out the voicemails. unplug the phone in and the tun the diagnostics on . You need to see if the phone is in diagnostics is running in the back ground. Cahnge the battery if there is one. Next plug the phone in while the diagnostic program is still running. You need to puit a fressh battrery in the phone as well I’m happy to help further over the phone at

I am not getting the
Power cable needs to plugged in (or the power adapter is defective).

Hello, George.
You may just need to reset the phones.
Disconnect all phones from the telephone line and power. Wait 15 minutes and reconnect the power and line again, one phone at a time if multiple phones on the same line.
If you still have a problem, contact your telephone provider.
