Installed the two basket unit... the shelves only slide in hallway!!!!

If you have installed a Rev-A-Shelf two-basket unit and the shelves are only sliding in halfway, it could be due to a few different reasons:
  1. Installation issues: Make sure that the unit is installed properly and securely. Check that the mounting hardware is tightened and that the unit is level.
  2. Incorrect installation of brackets: Make sure that the brackets are installed in the correct position and that they are properly aligned with the side of the cabinet. Incorrectly installed brackets can prevent the unit from sliding in all the way.
  3. Obstructions: Check to see if there are any obstructions that are preventing the unit from sliding in all the way. This could include screws, nails, or other objects that are blocking the path of the unit.
  4. Unit is too wide: Make sure that the unit is the correct size for your cabinet. If the unit is too wide, it may not be able to slide in all the way.
If you have checked these potential causes and the issue persists, it may be helpful to contact Rev-A-Shelf customer support for further assistance. They will have the necessary expertise to help troubleshoot the issue and identify a solution.

Monogram fridge only partly not cooling

If your Monogram refrigerator is only partially not cooling, it could be due to a few different reasons:
  1. Dirty condenser coils: Over time, the condenser coils can become coated with dust and debris, which can restrict the flow of air and cause the refrigerator to overheat. If this is the case, cleaning the condenser coils may resolve the issue.
  2. Faulty condenser fan: The condenser fan is responsible for circulating air over the condenser coils to cool the refrigerant. If the fan is not working properly, the refrigerator may overheat and not cool properly.
  3. Damaged or worn door gaskets: The door gaskets create a seal around the refrigerator door to prevent warm air from entering. If the gaskets are damaged or worn, warm air can enter the refrigerator and cause cooling issues.
  4. Blocked air vents: The refrigerator compartment has air vents that allow cold air to circulate throughout the compartment. If these vents become blocked with food or other items, it can restrict the flow of air and cause cooling issues.
  5. Faulty temperature control thermostat: The temperature control thermostat regulates the temperature inside the refrigerator. If the thermostat is faulty, it may not be able to properly control the temperature and the refrigerator may not cool properly.
If you have checked these potential causes and the issue persists, it is recommended that you contact a professional appliance repair service to diagnose and repair the problem. They will have the necessary tools and expertise to identify and fix the issue.

Hi my mom has a old KIC fridge freezer combo, model number 0100-bf-530. It's got power because the internal light comes on but not cooling or freezing. What could be the problem. Please help?

Is the compressor running? It needs to be. You should be able to hear it running and it is normally hot to the touch. Are the condenser fins free of dust and fluff. The best way to clean is with a vacuum cleaner. Airflow is important. Does the thermostat click when you turn it backwards and forwards. It may need a top up of refrigerant gas. Or it may just have reached the end of its life and need replacing. If the compressor has failed, that will certainly be the case.

Why is my drip pan over flowing onto my floor after hooking up the water line.

All questions need FULL 'make model (what it is) as first 3 words. Is it new? Call the vendor as it is under warranty and their task is to leave you with a working machine. Or is it an old machine and you have only just connected water to it, the most likely reason is dry seals or a sticking eater inlet valve. You will need a service call for that.
