Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Hotpoint 'F05' decodes as 'pump blocked'.
I would gently suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Here are my complete guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)

If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play!

REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. Using something suitable like a glove see if it is easy to briefly slow the motor down. If it is easy then the motor is malfunctioning!

turn it OFF (seems like the wrong thing to do but do it anyway) then press and hold the 3 middle buttons under the display panel until you hear a beep - they are labelled reduced creases, mini load and time saver. When you switch it on again you get the language menu. There are 4 buttons either side of the display - the right 2 scroll through the languages and the top left one sets it once you've found the English setting. Guten Tag!

Check tube to water pressure switch. The wall of the rubber tube on my machine had worn through due to friction. Taped it up to make sure this was the problem. No H2O code and machine working!

replace main circuit board. likely fried.

Your washer has a bad water valve or fill censor telling machine need more water then to much water sends a flood warning shuts down so will not flood your home look for small clear tube coming from tub to a type control hose may just came off

Apparently that 's a heater relay fault. No idea where that is on the machine, you could try tracing the wiring back from the heater to where ever the relay is. Then buy another and connect up exactly as before and see if that fixes it.

The "F06" fault code indicates a drive motor tachometer error. This means the control is unable to properly detect motor speed and the machine will shut down. If the failure occurs during high-speed spin, the door will unlock after 3 minutes. Possible Causes/Procedure: Unplug washer or disconnect the power supply. Check the wire harness connections between the motor and motor control unit and the harness connections between the motor control unit (MCU) and the Central Control Unit (CCU). Based on your symptom and details, the intermittent (F06) error code is likely a loose connection in the harness between the motor and the (MCU) or between the (MCU) and the (CCU). It could also be the tachometer circuit in the motor or an intermittent internal component connection within the (MCU). Since the (CCU) has already been replaced, the failure is likely a loose harness connection or the (MCU). bad control board maybe u can reset the applaince? try turning to off position pull out knob then unplug for a couple minutes then plug back in then lift open and close lid slightly 6 times within 12 seconds - good luck

Error code F05 indicates that the pressre/waterlevel switch is jammed on full.
Remove lower rear panel of washer.
Remove large black hose fastened to bottom of drum
Remove and clean plastic filter inside hose.
Remove hose onto pump, check for obstruction here, and into the pump.

Do u want to resolve the f-13 fault code ON HOTPOINT WD860 Ultima and other models. Fix the fault . It is a tricky job but the heater thermostat switch has tripped as it senses something burning. Probably a little bit of fluff on the heater element inside the heater unit.. There are 2 switches on top of this heater unit. One where the 2 blue wires go on the top left of the 3rd picture and the other which has a tall black wire connector on shown in the middle of the 3rd picture. Remove that connector and undo the holding screw . You can then reset the switch. The switch is a small circular switch hidden beneather the connector on the photos. This thermostat switch has a yellow. red dot ontop of it. If you use a small pin or needle and press into that dot you will hear it tick back into place. you have reset the switch now. You will probably need to clean the inside of the heater element unit to get rid of the fluff particles or it will keep switching off. To take this apart you will need a set of Star screwdrivers. Its a bit tricky but you will be able to undo the star screws and take them all out. I will add some photos to show you the unit apart. You can see the build up of fluff on the photos i have added from my hotpoint WD860 heater unit. This is a tricky job and takes about an hour due to the screw being awkward to take off and put on again but mine hasnt faulted for 2 years since sorting it out. You can buy a new Thermostat switch which is about 10 pounds sterling from Hotpoint or other spares stores.

Error F05 indicates pressure switch jammed on full.
Remove lower rear cover of washer.
Locate and remove large black hose fastened to drum.
Remove and clean filter inside hose.
Remove hose onto pump, and check for blockage or obstruction here as well.
This should solve the problem.

If the drive belt came off and wont stay on, either the Drum Bearings are gone, or the large pully is buckled.

Hi, This is a very simple and straight forward job. First turn off the washing machine and remove the plug from the wall and earth the plug on the cabinet of the machine to remove any residule current in the machine. Remove the top of the machine with the screws at the rear of the machine. You can now look in the top? Open the door and take off outer door seal clip ( look and you will see how ) If it is a plastic clip it will have a small cut out in the side for a small screwdriver to be put in a pushed open. It could even be a small spring that is laying in side the small lip of the door seal. You could now attempt the removal of the door seal if you can see the inner clamp to get a long screwdriver onto the screw! If not now remove the soap drawer. Remove screws from around the soap drawer and slide the facia to the right and it should all be off.. Then you can remove the three screws that hold the front on along the top and the same along the bottom edge of the front panel. This then will allow you to take off the front panel and have better access to the door seal. Then once you have replaced the door seal you just need to replace as you took off..

If all the water has drained away. POWER OFF. Lid has to be removed. slide arm down inside of front panel to door lock and rease it. A new door lock would be required. An engineer can do this
