Remove all the screws securing the 2 door halves together, and gently prize apart the two halves with a screwdriver or similar, be careful not to drop the door glass.. You will probably be better off removing the door from the front of the m/c altogether.
Replace broken parts as req'd.

F04 indicates that the pressure switch is jammed on empty,
check that the pump is working o/k, if it seems o/k and it drains o/k, then you have no alternative than to call an enginner

F01 is a motor faulty normally caused by the module,but sometimes thewiring to the motor plug that works loose as its to tight,give them alla good wiggle make sure there all in!

The filter on this model is in the main hose leading from drum to pump. It can be accessed by removing the panel at back of machine.

H20 code stands for low water pressure. In case it flashes on the screen, disconnect the hot and cold pipe and check them to see if there is enough water pressure

Are you sure it is E15 and not F15?
F15 on an lcd display washer/dryer indicates dryer element faulty. this being the case then it will probably require a new element fitting.

this is a regular fault with these machines im looking at three of them its definatly the PCB nomally you will see a burt out track or something on the corner of the baord im afraid you will need to replace this part if you decide to do this mark all the plugs on the pcb with coulored felt tip pens to avoid putting them on the new board in the wrong place definatly worth repairing exellent machine

ok lay the machine on its side the side with the soap draw under you will find the outlet pipe runing to the pump then another hose going from the pump to the bottom of the drum. if you disconnect the hose from the bottom of the drum you will find the filter remove this hose from the other end and clean the filter and hose with hot water once replaced check the hose in tight it may be tricky to replace stand up the machine and test using water only and an empty drum.

try changing the thermostat located on top of heater in top of machine

if its right at beggining of wash could be pump blockage chack for coins or ffluff blocking filter

The e30 error code relates to motor drive problem. Open the service panel and look for a broken belt and does the motor spins. Let me know with your results if you will need for further assistance. Good luck!

1.The soap dish needs to be cleaned out, holes clogged. The instructions for this
process is in the user guide and I'll paste the site below for you in case you do not have it available to you.
2.The noise sounds like a short or electrical problem starting.
For this you will need a hands on diagnoses.
TRY doing the soap drawer first to be sure that it is not the culprit!

It is so scaled up I cannot see hole. Can you help me or do you have an illustration fo what I am supposed to be looking at and unblocking ? Hope you can help soon. Floor is flooding every wash and cannot afford to get man out.

The detergent dispenser
will not close properly or is
collecting water?

1. Check the drawer is properly aligned.
2. Clean the dispenser drawer (see Care and Maintenance).

take top and back off. locate the dryer duct which comes from half way down and goes across the top of the machine via the fan. blockages in duct are common especially the plastic part of the duct

There are 3 possibilities 1 altough the water as drianed the pressure switch as not released due to blocake in the filter, or the interlock has jammed on the closed position which means it will have to forced open or the last fault could be the power board has gone.
