PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.
Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.
To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. The PUK code for mobile phone.so that you can open your phone. When you planning to call your service provider you cannot use your mobile as it is fully locked. Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider.
While you get the PUK code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PUK code
DONOT enter the PUK code several times wrongly,It will block your sim card permanently.
This PUK code is FREE. You no need to pay any sum to get the PUK code

you may be knowing that your phone is a Java MIDP 2.0 platform phone ,these kind of phones use softwares in formats known as jar. You can download 'jars' directly from the Internet using your gprs connected phone's web browser OR you can download it manually through your computer's Internet connection and then just transfer it to your phone from the computer ,then locate the file in your phone then install it. This is a software issue.

Some problems may be fixed by re-updating your current software, while others may require installing a new software version.

To keep your phone performing at its best, it's a good idea to perform a software update regularly. You might not always notice what an update has done, but it can prevent future problems.

To update or reinstall the software please go to nearest authorized service centre of your mobile make and they will update or reinstall the software as required.

Note: Reinstalling the software will delete all the content in your phone like contacts, calendar entry etc.

If still the problem persist please change the LCD screen.It will work fine.

Most likely the screen is faulty, another problem could be that the cable is not connected properly to the phones mainboard. If problem remains with a new screen then the issue is most likely the connector or mainboard is faulty.

The problem is that the color of LCD is no more but i can see the image in negative form like you can say when u develpoe a picture they give you the negative print it is exactly like that so plz solve this problem for me i will be very greatful for you thanks in this aspect

the ringer for this phone is very easy to replace.

Go to any phone accessories store, purchase a new ringer and do the replacement. This will surely solve the problem.

It might be the charger that is not working,chargers tend to kink alot this is when the thin wire tears or breaks inside the insulation of the cord, i recommend getting a new charger.

Hi,

It all depends. When you want to connect a blue tooth to a phone, You will need to switch on the blue tooth device and the phones blue tooth you are pairing with.

When pairing both device, you will ask for pairing code, You four digit numbers(default code(0000). and pair.

After pairing both device, you detected paired, you can now use the blue tooth device with your phone.

there are no special code for pairing Blue tooth device.
Normal codes used are any four digit, four numbers you want to use.(0000, 1234).

what makes your don't hear anyone is because, the earpiece located at the top of the phone where you can hear some one from if bad and is needs to be replaced the earpiece for people to hear you when calling.

When you replace the earpiece he can hear people when they call.
