When you press vol up & down it will indicate "ringer ear jack." This means the phone is stuck in ear jack mode expecting a wired head phone accessory. Remove the battery then unscrew and pull out the antenna and the black plastic sleeve. Then remove the for small torx screws and carefully remove the back. Take a tooth pick to the back of the ear jack an bend the retainer pin back. Put everything back in reverse order and it should work fine.

I suspect you battery needs to be replaced, they are real bears these batteries muck up all the time, they appear OK, but won't work. Try a replacement?

d problem is with network

the microphone button works with the phone closed.
with the phone open, press and hold the * key (about 2 seconds)
it will cycle from manner mode to silent mode to normal mode

Many people never program a password code to "Unlock" this phone, but can lock themselves out by pressing the # key for more than three seconds. The possible problem of your phone is the mic. You can try to put headset with mic to try it.

If when you use headset then it has mic you can try to contact your phones service center.

1 . P ress Soft Key 1 Menu.
2 . P ress key 8, key 1,key 1.
3 . Select Caller ID key 1, No Caller ID key 2 ,orRestrict key 3.
4 . To select a ringtone , press Soft Key 2 select Downloaded or Default.
5. Choose a tone if you have more than one. Then press Soft Key 2, select Downloaded and press ok button .
6 . Press up/down arrow key until find the sound
7 . Then press ok to save the sound.

the firmware may need to be reflash

I heard *228 might work..but it might be an activation code..not a reset code. I'm going to try it.

Throw the menu search the profiles and change it to general instead of -car kit- it will be as before.
