There was a time that
Try to replace battery first,might the battery is been using for a long time and needs replacement, If you want to format your phone,just go to settings > security > scroll down and restore factory settings,when proceeding,it will ask for the code then enter your desire code or enter 12345 as the default code.

Sometimes the pin is pre-determined. Do you still have the original box or manual for the phone? Try typing in 0000 first.

Hi, When buttons on a cell phone does not work , it is usually a problem from the Board of the cell phone. An IC problem...
IC are small chips that has different functions on the cell phone. Each IC chips on the cell phone has it's function. The IC controlling the function of the keypads npt working is damaged and needs to be replaced.with another IC chips.
You can get IC chips from your mobile company mini office or you can simply go to the nearest Expert repair store around you area to replace the damaged IC chip that controls the key pad not working.
Sometimes, it might just be dirt or water spill that is making it not to function. You can open the cell phone and clean the keypad area,

How to unlock a security
If you forgot the password or don't know the security code, You have to master reset the phone. Contact your service provider to get a master reset code at free of cost....You can also visit http://www.unlock-zone.com/ and can see different options there to get unlock code for a price. Choose any price appropriate for you.................

Hi,
The security code is set by the owner. If someone even you have set the phone up with a security code then you must remember it and enter it. If you are sure you did not set it up then try -
1111 OR 1234 OR 0000 OR 7777
These are the most common default security codes in the industry.

enter sim wrong security code more than 3 times. now it will ask you puk number than type it more than 9 times. now your number will be block
