My software is not working . my phone music player is not working. How to format the phone. And how to solve the problem

Remove the battery and keep aside, remove the memory off. Now replace battery and see if the phone reboots , if not there can be a software issue and you might have to contact Nokia care to reinstall.

when i receive any sms then the time displayed of receieving the sms is near about 4-5 hours less then the current time of my nokia 7210 supernova handset.

Replace the mike. If can with a large one. it will last longer.

hi there, you need to re program your 7210, due to full memory thats why your cellphone cannot initialized and it will shutdown automatically, pleas bring it to a service cellphone repair shop to re program it. thanks
