I found this problem only when I tried to use a RW disk. The camera will not use a rewritable disk. I reformated the disk in my computer but it still would not work in the camera.

Is there one ? Which version of Windows ?

Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer first, then choose "troubleshoot compatiblity". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D

I found DVD-R discs with holders on Amazon.com but after ordering find they would not ship to New Zealand.
I really want to get 1 or more of these holders.

Hi,
This is 8cm MiniDVD camcorder and does not require driver to transfer movie files in computer, all is required to Finalize recorder MiniDVD in camcorder and put that MiniDVD in computer to copy-save files for further editing.
However THIS site offers driver for Panasonic VDR-M50 for $3

Checking the Apple support web site would indicate that your particular camera does not work with with the Mac.

you ahve to finalize it before put it somewhere else. you can do it also on dvd recorder. good luck
