134 and the amount depends on how much is left in the system. If yu have a small leak a 16 oz can may be all you need. If it's all gone then you'll have to remove the air that has entered the system with a vacuum pump for an hour or more before adding freon. In that case the amount is on a label under the hood. You'll need a hose with a gauge on it to add freon. They can be purchased with or without a can of freon attached. You connect the hose to the LOW pressure side of the system and stop adding freon when the proper pressure is obtained on the gauge.
Plugged nozzles, cracked water line from the pump up to the nozzles, or a plugged filter in the pump. All these things can be the cause of your problem. Check them all and you'll find the culprit.
You'll need to take it to a shop that works on transmissions.
Code 700 is a generic code that means the trans control module has found an error but no specific problem to test.
A transmission shop can check pump pressure and fluid flow among other things.
It shouldn't bother it but you would be hard pressed to keep the windshield and windows from fogging up! Not ot mention the discomfort of a cold car. Mechanically, the car should not suffer.
Sorry I can't help you with this, but I did have this same problem with my 2003 Jeep Liberty. I took it to a mechanic a couple of times.
First mechanic told me this was a popular problem with this model and it was hard to get the part, I waited a long time, when to another mechanics who said it was hard to get to the part and would be more expensive. My jeep had 260,000 miles on it so I wound up trading it in. Good luck. In retrospect I think it would have been worth fixing it. I loved my 2003 Jeep Liberty.
P0304 is Cylinder # 4 Mifire Detected. If you have a "coil on plug" engine, try clearing the code and swapping the ignition coils. If the code changes(P0301 is cyl 1,PO302 is cyl 2,etc),you have a bad coil.If this is a setup where 2 cylinders share a coil, trade cylinder 3 at the coil with the other cylinder to see if the same cylinder misfires.
