I use partsdirect.com for some of my purchases but more so i use Sears service dept. They are an authorized Sony repair facility and can help with parts and accessories for your electronics. I did some research and found the part number to be "147928319". I hope this helps.

I've read not to point the camera directly into a bright light or sun or else the symptom you describe may occur.

this is a tape transport problem. something is broke inside..samsung builds their transports outta plastic. they get broken easily

problem could be as easy as cleaning the video head and tape path making sure it a dry. video drum may be binding.

Basically, the error message indiactes the reels are not turning, either because of a defective tape or a fault in the mechanism. Try a new tape. If the problem persists, you will have to have the camcorder serviced. please be sure to rate this solution. Thanks!
