The monitor does not come on when the computer is

Your computer system has failed the Power On Self Test or simply known as POST.

You need to ensure that all connections are making contact and clean your computer system. You may also go through my published guides entitled:

My Computer is not turning on!!! Is it dead!!! No POST!!!

How to Remove the Side Panels of My Computer Chassis!!!

How do I reset my BIOS/CMOS to defaults?

So your problem will most likely be due to a loose connection, fried mainboard or CPU.

Hi, suddenly my LiquidVideo flatscreen

If the image is like that it's usually because one of the channels from the signal cable is interrupted. But since this model E15LCD1 is a very simple monitor without any extra capabilities and the only signal connector is a VGA that means that the cable either it isn't plugged correctly or it has failed and must be replaced.

I just reloade Windows XP Home and my E15LCD1 get out of range

when the computer turns on , keep pressing f8 or f12 to give u a boot options, choose safe mode. when windows xp loads up right click on desktop and goto properties, then click settings, then addvance, then click on the monitor tab, and lower the screen refresh rate down to its lowest and then restart pc. hope this helps. if u cant change these options in safe mode use a normal monitor and lower them down to 60 hertz and then put back in your lcd. hope this helps.

Monitor reads "out of Range"

With another monitor attached to your computer, right click anywhere on the desk top. Click on properties. Select the Settings tab. change the settings to 800 x 600 with a refresh rate of 60 hertz. Now attach the Liquid Video TV.
I beleive that 800 x 600 is the maximum screen resolution that this TV / monitor can support.

No sound from the monitor

Plug the monitor speakers into a source of constant sound (mp3/cd player) and make sure the monitor is not muted and volume is at least half way.

If that works adjust the volume and mute settings on the computer

No Signal

You have to use the FN key and F5 to change between the LCD screen and the external monitor. It may be F8 also, depending on the laptop model.

Look on the F keys for a little picture of a monitor.

Once you have found it, hold the FN key and tap the F key and it should switch to the external monitor.

Liquid Video monitor - no sound

I have no solutions, but I'd love to hear from someone who knows what to do...I have the same problem...only my speakers on my monitor USED to work. I moved and now that I've set it back up, there's no volume. I wonder if I am missing some kind of audio wire and if so, where I can get it from.
