LG Flatron ez t713sh 17" CRT Problem:
I have the same problem, i try to fix it my self. It's seem the horizontal power transistor J5804 has been broken/short. So I replaced with the new one. When i turn on my monitor, the crt's display normally and the blinking power led is become lite on. But when i use it about 30 minute the crt goes black again and the power led is blinking again. Is there anything wrong on the circuits. Please help!

Ya gotta be kidding! You still have a CRT monitor? CRTs have a focus adjustment around the neck of the big tube. The shop screwed it up. Spend $50 and get a nice used LED or LCD flat screen.

Turn the computer OFF and just turn the monitor ON if the vertical lines are still present then the issue is your monitor, but if there are no lines on the monitor alone turn the computer ON then go into the BIOS either keep on tapping del key once you turn the computer ON or keep on tapping f1 to get into thew BIOS screen.
If the vertical lines are present in the BIOS the issue is the Monitor but if not and the lines are present in windows the issue is your video card.
Replace the video card, if you don't have a video card and you use the built in video card on the system then the motherboard needs to be replaced.
