Hi,
please double check that your product was created for the country that you're using it in. If not, please attain an adapter that ensures the voltage and current are what your country's power socket require. The proper current and voltage of your boombox can be found in the manual- usually in the front.
Thank you.

Are you sure about that product ID? I found nothing with CDX prefix - perhaps you should try this -

This is as close as I could find and I've been servicing laser printers of many manufacturers since 1998.
Your question does not explain the problem you are having; please try to include that in your next question - I have to know what you are working with before I can give you an answer.
Hello Tufford Hi, You now have a disk player that is selective of what to play, this is the mid life of your player, next your player won't play anymore, Some solution can be fixed by cleaning the lense, you need to buy a CD lens cleaner. If this won't solve the problem in my experience better buy a new one rather put money to fix it.
First make sure that the code has not been noted somewhere
within the car (underneath the ash tray, glove box , rear of sun visor etc)
To see if your code is available here for free then the radio will have to be
removed from the dashboard (and if you are lucky, someone may have written the
code on the casing ) .
If not then POST ANOTHER QUESTION
quoting the radio
MAKE+MODEL plus ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on ANY LABELS ,BARCODES or STAMPED IN
THE METAL CASING
Also quote the MAKE of CAR
note: Unfortunately not all radios can be decoded using the
Serial Number
Otherwise try your Main Dealer ...........or take it into a
Decode Service who will plug in a laptop to read/recode the memory chip
(EEPROM). This takes a few minutes and shouldn`t be too expensive
if its not in your glove box in the owners manual under the stereo section, you can go to radio-code.com and enter the information there for your vehicle and pay the 7 bucks for it there. Or you can call your local dealer for the car and give them the vin/serial number and they can give you the code then.
The radio code is a security feature that's meant to deter theft, and it's unique to each vehicle. If you've lost your code, you'll need to contact a Nissan dealership or service center and provide proof of ownership. They should be able to help you retrieve the code. Please do not attempt to use codes from the internet as incorrect attempts may lock your radio.
Unfortunately, no one knows or is telling. Companies rarely state power in RMS because Peak Power is a much more impressive. 1000 watt amp, 200 watts RMS x 2 channels at 8 ohms. Look for a sticker on the unit.

The wiring is bad on the plugs and shorting out, or whatever is on the end of the cable has an issue. Also look along the cable for rodent, cat, dog chewing.
Questions like this need 'make model (what is is) of every item involved. On a vehicle 'year make model' as well.
The bad ground causes the amplifier to go into the protect mode. So, make sure to check the grounding wire and overall connection to figure it out and set back the amplifier to its normal mode.
