Ineed to buy power
Hi,
If you are looking for where to buy power board on your monitor, i will advice you go to any computer accessories shop around your locality to get the power board or you can order online from amazon.com.
Take care.
I have to hold the power on button down for
Capacitors failing to hold charge, pressing the power button allows flow of current to the capacitors on the power board, which are then leaking the current rather than "storing" it, there is therefore insufficient charge to power the inverter with the jiuce it needs to light the screen.
Check capacitors for bulging or leaking ( better still get someone who is comptent to do it) . remember do not touch capacitors until 24 hours after powering off, as the can still retain a charge
Flat screen will not turn on.
Hello David,
This is a classic symptom of a blown power supply board. If you open the monitor and look at the power supply board you will find parts called capacitors with bulging tops, they blow out because of trapped heat in the case. We have pictures on our web site at:
www.ccl-la.com/capacitors.htm that will show you what to look for and what you need to get for the repair job. If you don't want to do the repair yourself we do offer a repair service for $35 plus return shipping. Youcan contact us at
[email protected] if you need any more information about the repair.
I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.

I have a ScanPort N9
Hello Sbeban hi!, Most likely you have power supply problems. to fix this you need to replace the power supply board. or get professional help, by bringing it for repairs on your dealer.
Now to do it yourself, you need a replacement PS board. Now finding on is difficult. I cannot help you here. search ebay, call your computer shop or dealer. then when you get the refurbish board. disassemble it and replace the old PS board with the new one.

Gem GC150ATA No audio, Icon by clock
Did you check your hardware drivers to see if indeed the Audio Drivers have been installed? Right-click your MY COMPUTER icon, then select PROPERTIES from the menu. When the window pops up, select the HARDWARE tab, then DEVICE MANAGER. See if your audio is installed or if there are yellow exclamation marks under SOUND, VIDEO, GAME CONTROLLERS or under UNKNOWN DEVICES (i could be wrong on that title, but it will be close!!)
