When I boot up my

Could be the resolution too high for the monitor.
Try to press "F8" during the "Starting Windows" message, then select the safe mode or VGA mode.
After logging in check the resolution and if needed reduce it.

Could be also a video driver problem.

Use the same "F8" trick to get to the safe mode and reinstall the video driver.

I hope this will give you some ideas

Hi, I need the power

There's a good chance you have failing electrolytic capacitors either in the power section or the inverter section or both.
Any caps in these sections that look bulged at the top, or bulged/leaking at the bottom need to be replaced.
If you repeatedly turn it on, eventually it'll probably stay on, but every time you turn it off, the TV will get harder and harder to start up until one day it just won't.
Sometimes you have to do the opposite to start it up and unplug it for 5 mins, then try.

If you aren't tech savvy, this unit needs to go in for repair.

If you are handy with a soldering iron and can identify the power supply and inverter / FM section for the backlights, an inexpensive handful of capacitors will likely fix you right up.
Match the capacitance on the capacitors. Go over voltage if you can, and still have them fit.
IE - it's not a bad idea to replace a 10V cap with a 16V or 25V or even a 50V, but don't replace a 680uF cap with a 500uF or a 1000uF (unless you are positive it's only doing ripple filtering).

Most of the caps that go are 10V 1000uF or 3300uF.

I found some great videos of the procedure (for different brand, but same issue) on youtube.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mm51C_RDIZE
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BNHHrgX_6cs&feature=related
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8l0AUj8QUkg&NR=1&feature=fvwp
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7b_nTaZYcU&feature=related

As you can see, this issue spans plasma TVs, as well as large and small LCD TVs and monitors.
The parts are cheap, and skill required is minimal.

I try to turn screen

This means that there is no connection. Check your cables, and reseat them. Turn on your computer and then turn on the monitor. If it still says no service, the input control board may be failing. This could also mean that your Video Card in your computer is not sending out a signal. Test the monitor with another computer that is known to be working, or test your computer with another monitor that is known to be working. I turn on the monitor it stays on for 1 to 3 min

The monitor has a screen issue, the problem is the master board which combines the video, repairs are not practical because of the cost involved, It is cheaper to replace than repair.

Cannot turn on my monitor

hawaibampras, Try thinking about the problem this way instead. "On/Off" switch works!! The electronic circuit that the switch is connected to is not "listening" to it any more. You will need to investigate units internal switch mode power supply board. Switch should be good for minimum 10k to 50k actuations!!! That would be approximately 2000 to 3500 days useage or more. 12fixlouie

It can be that it is not getting the video signal from the PC, try it with another PC first. If it still does not work, then you will have to do in-depth troubleshooting.

If you are going to DIY and have proper tools and know safety precaution then please read on: Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply (they should be replaced in a set), blown fuses; poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further and it will help out other people in the future also.
