Need to reinstall my monitor to my pc

What does this software do that you need? Monitors do come with software but I've only very very very rarely ever installed it. Most of it are color styles or software to effect color changes under special user scenarios. This monitor is sold in Walmart and I tried to get the software for it but failed. Simply hooking up the monitor "installs" it to your PC as Windows is aware of "plug and play" monitors. All you really have left to do is change to a suitable resolution using the Windows control panel. ZT3000 "Beta tester of "0"s and "1's"

Reinstalling my monitor to my pc

You shouldn't need any software to install a monitor. Just plug it in and it should work. If it does not, there could be a problem with your video card drivers and you might need to install or update them. You can either go into device manager, find your video care, right click it and select update. Or go to your PC manufacturers website and download the drivers from them.

There are three prongs for

Isn't there a sticker on the back to tell you what voltage the unit runs? basically it depends on what country the unit is designed for, for example in the UK the voltage is 230V at 50Hz, while in the USA it is 110V. the socket you described is a standard IEC or "kettle" lead and can be used for many voltage types.

Balance Computers

You could open up the PC, and see the model # of the motherboard, and search for drivers for it. Many boards are labeled between their expansion slots. Some are also near the CPU socket itself. Try not to touch the Motherboard if you do this!
Even a slight static discharge could injure your computer!

Powers on but there is no picture

If you are going to DIY and have proper tools and know safety precaution then please read on:
Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply (they should be replaced in a set), blown fuses; poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums
Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further and it will help out other people in the future also.

I can't change my screen resulation. It is stuck

Sounds like you do not have the correct driver installed for your graphics card/chip.
Since you did not mention, did you try adjusting from display properties panel? If not, right click on desktop, select properties, click settings tab and there you will find resolution slider and color depth. Adjust and apply/ok.
If this didn't work try this...

The first thing you must do is identify what graphics you have. This can be done a bunch of different ways but the easiest would to download install and run Driver Detective.
http://www.drivershq.com/driver-update/graphics-video-adapter/
Now I am not really sure if you have to purchase, if it does prompt ignore as it will tell you what video card/chip you have.
Then you can visit makers website (Google name it gives you) and get on their support/downloads web page. Download and install latest driver.
Another possibility....
If this is a Dell/Gateway/Emachine or some other major brand, the companies website will have what you need. They usually have a service code number or go by a serial number. This will get you exactly where you need to be.

And another...
If all else fails in the above you can add a video card IF you have an available slot inside your machine. This is way more complicated but can be performed rater easily.
This should cure your problem.

Need power cord for CM2017 Balance monitor 19Vdc 3A

As a workaround, simply get yourself a switchmode power supply that has the spec's 19 V DC @ 3 Amps, now, carefully cut of the end of the "Old" Power Jack, and the end off the "New" power jack, and Join up the wires, usually the "Inner" one is Positive, +, and the "Outer", or shield, is Usually negative, -, If you have a meter this should be used to check, connections. Otherwise just ensure you are correct. That should get you going, even if you cannot find an original, in fact, you may even find, that the PSU, you get has "Multi-way" changeable ends.

Why can't I change my screen resulation on my

The most likely reason why you cannot change the screen resolution and a higher bit color is the incorrect video driver was installed on the computer.
Go into Control Panel - Display, click on Settings - Advance - Adapter. If the adapter is Generic VGA driver then you need to install the correct.
You need to identify the video card and install the correct Windows version of the video card driver.

Need stand or wall mount braket

Wall mount brackets are a great solution as they remove clutter from a room and depending on the model you can move it in an array of positions. You can find a good mount bracket for a good price on ebay, just search tv mount. Just ensure before purchase that the VESA number is compatible with your TV or if they give you details on the screw locations required on the TV then use that.
Hope that helps

Power failure issues

The specs for this monitor is a 60 Watt, 12 Volt, 5 Amp power adapter. The voltage must be the same. You can always get an adapter with a higher Amperage rating, but never get one with less, as this can overheat the adapter and damage it. I was not able to locate specs on whether the voltage to the monitor is DC or AC... most are DC. If this is the case, the observe the polarity at the monitor. Power adapters have a positive and a negative... center and outer contact, Make sure that the power adapter matches that of the monitor, else it will not work.

Power supply dead

dear,

i think u saw the information pasted on the back side of monitor...
dead means that something is wrong inside...
initially, you have to check the power cable and availability of mains in the socket..
if all are fine then we will go inside..

after removing the cover carefully, check the mains fuse that is near the power cable socket where the power plug inserts...
if fuse is fine then check the mains capacitor and then further....
Maybe the problem pin points here and u solve the issue..

goodluck...

hopefully, it will fix the issue so rate it ...
