You will need a service manual to get the correct part number, I tried to cross with my NTE data base no luck, went into ebay site punched in the original numbers came up empty.

Firstly try plugging the power cod from your PC into the monitor and power it on. Are there any LED lights on your monitor? If there is, then all you need to do is replace the power cord with a new one.
If there aren't any, it means that your CRT's internal power supply unit is dead and needs to be replaced. However, replacing these parts can be quite costly and involves labor charges since your monitor is out of warranty. I highly recommend that you look into the option of purchasing a new LCD monitor as these are pretty cheap nowadays.

You are missing Blue color, it is either you have bent pins on the VGA cable or your monitor lost the Blue Gun Driving circuits (located on the PCB on the picture tube).

Cannot adjust brightness cause by inverter Board problem. You can send it to computer shop or TV shop to replace it. Because the CRT and CRT TV use the same tech.

If your computer doesn;t have Built-in Card Slot(s), then you must get a USB - Memory card adapter. I have included an Ebay link so you can see what I mean.

Then, you simply install the USB device and drivers. After which, you plug in the memory card to the USB adapter, the card will then show up as a "Drive" as such it can be used as normal, ie: Cut-Copy-Paste. The pics can then be used either straight from the Card, or copied somewhere else on ya PC, say desktop, and use them from there.

If you get a display when you first turn on then after, say, 10 minutes it goes blank, your power settings could be too low. Does it come back if you wiggle the mouse?

If you go into Start/Control Panel/Power Settings you should see a "Power off monitor" or similar. Either turn this to a longer time period or set to Never. The last option isn't going to do your electricity bill any favours though.

use the F8 menu, select ENABLE VGA MODE that will force a 640 x 480 resolution for that boot.

If you have on laptop the vga exit, no problem, the VGA cable just works fine.

I think there is problem with your display card.
If you could try testing with another monitor you ll get confirmed. In that case you have to purchase another VGA card and install it then it works fine.
