Set your setting to "Secondary Screen Only" As your setting for both screen doesn't seems to be adjusted but you can try turn it off.

u ca replace all capacitors in ip board

When the monitor starts up you should be able to see the Samsung screen logo, if not it does point to the monitor. But lets be sure! hook a spare monitor to the computer, if it is okay! the Samsung Monitor is the problem and is not cost effective to repair, cheaper to replace. Now if both screens show the same problem, this indicates the Video Graphics Card in the computer is the culprit.

When you turning on your computer and when you heard a 1 beep that means your computer is functioning, but 1 beep with no display that means you need to check you monitor or try to transfer your lcd monitor to other computer to check if your monitor is working.

It sounds like you have thermal problem, try it with another PC first, if it still does the same, then you should look for cold solder joints, caps with leaking/bulging tops.

For beat picture, the PC video resolution should be set to 1280 x 1024 @60Hz, please try setting out.

Look to see if the T-CON board on the LCD panel is getting the 5vdc feeding it, it may have blown fuse on the T-CON board due to short circuits.
