Turn on the monitor one

If you are going to DIY and already try the monitor with another PC, and have proper tools and know safety precaution then please read on: Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply (they should be replaced in a set), blown fuses; poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/albums/yy352/budm/SAMSUNG/ Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further and it will help out other people in the future also.

Only displaying 10 x 10

It sounds to me that you have the resolution on the wrong setting. Go a a clear space on your desktop, right click, and select properties. When that opens go to the settings tab and change the screen resolution to 1600 X 1200. This is the native setting for the monitor. If that doesn't fix the problem continue changing the screen resolution until you get one that works.

My computer screen got water on it and now is

If it was "plain" water, it might dry out without leaving any residues. If it was coffee-with-sugar, or soda-pop, the sugars will cause problems.

All you can do is to let it dry out, and hope.

2. But if it does not then do try this, launch Windows Task Manager.
3. Locate the process “wgatray.exe” and end it.
4. Log in into the Safe Mode and delete the file WgaTray.exe from c:\Windows\System32
5. Also delete the WgaTray.exe from c:\Windows\System32\dllcache
6. Type regedit in Run to open Registry Editor, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify key.
7. Delete the folder WgaLogon and all of its contents.
8. Restart the PC normally.
